We only collect information you choose to give us, plus what is needed to perform our service:

• Contact details — your name, phone number, and email address.
• Service address — the property address where cleaning will be performed.
• Job details — home size, scope of work, scheduling preferences, and any notes you share so we can quote and complete the job.
• Payment information — payment for our services is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Stripe handles card data securely on our behalf.

• To provide quotes, schedule, and complete cleaning jobs.
• To call or text you about your job — appointment reminders, arrival updates, and service follow-ups.
• To process payment for completed work.
• To meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations.

We collect prospective customer information through two channels: our website contact forms, and Facebook/Meta lead ad forms. Information you submit through either channel is used to contact you about our services.

• Telnyx — used for phone calls and SMS text messages related to your job.
• Stripe — used to process payments securely.

These providers process information on our behalf only to deliver the service described. Each operates under its own privacy policy and security standards.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, and only to the extent needed to perform those services for you. We may also disclose information when required by law.

We keep customer and inquiry records for as long as needed to provide service and to satisfy legal, accounting, and insurance requirements, then we delete or anonymize them. Payment records are retained as required by tax law.
