Terms of Service

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services in the greater Charleston, South Carolina area. Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us; final pricing may be adjusted if the property's size or condition differs materially from what was described.

• Quotes are provided before service begins and are based on home size and requested scope.
• Recurring service discounts apply only while the recurring schedule is maintained.
• We may adjust a quote if job conditions differ materially from what was described.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing a card on file, you authorize Live Oak Cleaning to charge that card for completed cleaning work and any agreed-upon fees. You may update or remove your card on file at any time by contacting us.

• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Lockouts or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
• Arrival times are windows, not exact times; we will notify you of delays.

If something is not right, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no charge. This re-clean is our sole remedy for service quality concerns.

• We do not perform biohazard, mold remediation, pest, or exterior work.
• We may decline to clean items that are unstable, antique, or of high sentimental value.
• Please secure cash, jewelry, and other valuables before service.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
