We provide residential cleaning services in the greater Charleston, South Carolina area. Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us; final pricing may be adjusted if the home's size or condition differs materially from what was described.

• You are responsible for providing safe, timely access to the property.
• Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Lockouts or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
• Arrival times are windows, not exact times. We will notify you of delays.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring service discounts apply only while the recurring schedule is maintained.

If something is not right, contact us within 24 hours of service and we will return to re-clean the affected areas at no charge. This is our sole remedy for service quality concerns.

• We do not perform biohazard, mold remediation, pest, or exterior work.
• We may decline to clean items that are unstable, antique, or of high sentimental value.
• Please secure cash, jewelry, and other valuables before service.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact page, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Live Oak Cleaning.

• Program description: quote responses, appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival updates, service follow-ups, and account notices.
• Message frequency: varies based on your inquiry and service schedule.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, after which no further texts will be sent.
• Help: reply HELP or call (843) 936-8968 for assistance.
• Not a condition of purchase: consent to receive text messages is not required to buy any service.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.
• Eligibility: you must be 18 or older and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
